group" in which you get tons of chatty group mails! Yes, this is the
only place you can get the xStatic Attic newsletter and much desired

WHAT DO I GET???

stationery & personalized services on the net! Thanks members! Our
designer now has even more access to thousands of new graphics by
popular artists. You won't want to miss all the wonderful upcoming
designs! Members will receive each month:
1. Enjoyable occasional HTML email updates with direct links to
categories/pages
2. Free animations, sounds and/or sig tags included in update
(varies)
3. Tips on IncrediMail use & other tips as warranted
4. Updates on ALL new design creations by Kathy Morgan Jones
6. Access to "members only" special stationeries (via email/website)
7. At the discretion of designer, special "surprises" sent to
members, such as personalized stationery, fonts, animations, headers, blinkies, etc.
8. Access to ask designer questions as needed.
9. Special "members only" eCards & Printables
10. Birthday Club: members receive a free personalized item of
the designer's choice during their birthday month/week. (send your

MANDATORY
TERMS WHICH ARE ENFORCED:
(1) ANY abuse by an xStatic Attic member, such as, but not limited
to, giving away passwords, will be grounds for immediate,
unrefunded termination of membership. Strictly enforced.
(2)Members may not "share" their membership; in other words 2 or
more people may not own a single membershiup; includes family
members.
(3) Member is responsible for setting their email junk filter so
they may receive the updates. (3a) Members using limited email space
MUST keep their email cleaned out. If your email bounces more than 2
times, Designer will not re-send items again. This includes, but is
not limited to, the Newsletter, free items, etc.
(3a) It is MANDATORY that you send all "read receipts" from emails
you are sent from the club. This is the only way designer can be
sure you receive your newsletter & gifts (sig tags, etc.). If you
have not responded with a receipt after 3 emails, you will continue
receiving the newsletter but not the gifts.
(4) Members are responsible for backing up their items. If
replacements are requested by members, the normal fee applies.
Replacements may or may not be identical to original items, as
Designer does not save everything created.
(5) Members who choose not to renew their memberships are NOT
ALLOWED back into the member's are...doing so is ILLEGAL and is
being traced per incident.
(6)REFUNDS will NOT be given after 72 hours from *the time you
join. *That is the time on your email from Pay Pal to me that
says you've paid. NO EXCEPTIONS!
(7) It is the member's responsibility to immediately notify designer
of the name you want on your gifts. Example: if you pay with your
husband's credit card, it is imperative that you let designer know
what your name / nickname is.
(7a)When you pay for your membership, you are agreeing to ALL TERMS
on this page. Print this page for your records please. (control P)
PRICE: $28.00 for 6 months
or $50.00 per year (savings of $6.00)
**If you live outside the continental United States, you must pay
through Pay Pal, and your payment must equal US Dollars (USD).
If you aren't sure of the foreign market, please contact your
financial institution.)

Gift memberships to xStatic Attic are quite
popular & unique. Stuck for a new gift idea? Simply
send email letting me know
ahead of time that you are sending a gift. Tell me the recipient's
name & email address. Then make your payment. Thanks!

It’s very easy & secure to sign up at
PayPal. This allows you to pay
via credit card or virtual check payment.

When paying by check at PayPal or by mail, your membership
will not begin until your check has cleared. This is usually 2-5
business days. If you make a payment & don't hear from xStatic Attic
in a day or so, be sure you processed correctly at PayPal.

*When your payment has cleared, I will email you with your
user id and password (keep in a safe place!). Once you log in your
membership becomes active and the fun begins!.
*There will be a $25 charge on returned checks; no exceptions.

When your year's membership expires so does your user id &
password. You will need to re-join and repeat the process above.
